Through the practice we can learn to develop a loving presence- a state of mind linked to the heart which nurtures self and others. As we connect to this inner level of being, we can support ourselves through fear and worry, and experience greater calm, peace, wisdom, inner joy and trust in the process of life.
Hakomi is a gentle and powerful method of Assisted Self Discovery, with Mindfulness at its centre.
Rachel Sweetman has 25 years of experience in full-time private practice, in Dublin and Mayo, working with individuals, couples and training groups. Rachel is trained in Constructivist Psychotherapy, and in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, as well as in the Hakomi Method.
